By using CodeXRipple's bug tracking and reporting platform, you agree to these terms. Our service helps development teams identify, track, and resolve software issues more efficiently. We provide tools for bug documentation, team collaboration, and project management within Taiwan's tech industry.

Account Responsibility: Users maintain full responsibility for their account security and all activities performed under their credentials. We recommend strong passwords and regular security reviews of your project data.

Data Privacy & Protection

Your project data and bug reports remain confidential and are never shared with third parties without explicit consent. We employ industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage, with servers located in secure facilities that comply with international data protection standards.

Service Boundaries: Our platform facilitates bug tracking and team communication but cannot guarantee specific development outcomes or project success rates. Teams remain responsible for their development processes and quality assurance practices.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

CodeXRipple retains ownership of our platform technology, while users maintain full ownership of their project data, bug reports, and uploaded content. We provide usage rights to our tools without claiming ownership of your development work.

Payment Terms & Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan with transparent pricing. No hidden costs or unexpected charges — what you see during signup is exactly what you pay. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer prorated refunds for service issues within the first 30 days. After this period, cancellations prevent future charges but don't qualify for retroactive refunds, except in cases of documented service failures.
